The second major event for ARCA took place in Palermo on May 28, 2025, within the evocative setting of the Bioserra at the “Federico Paulsen” Regional Nursery. A symbolic place where nature, history, and vision intertwine, it was chosen to host ARCA’s official press conference. The event drew a diverse and qualified audience: agronomists, oenologists, university researchers, trade journalists, sommeliers, and institutional representatives. The highlight of the day was a technical masterclass led by Pietro Russo, Sicilian Master of Wine, who guided a comparative tasting of the six ARCA labels, emphasizing their identity, versatility, and enological precision. The press spotlighted the project’s ethical dimension and praised the strength of the “ARCA Decalogue”, a shared manifesto of sustainability, biodiversity, and territorial authenticity. The debate was further enriched by key contributions from Tonino Guzzo, Gloria Randazzo, and Giusy Mistretta. The result was an intense, high-value encounter that reaffirmed ARCA’s cultural coherence and its role as a virtuous model for the future of Sicilian wine.
